I believe nature reminds us of who we truly are when we stop rushing.
Yoga and something else
Every trip pairs the practice with a sport that gets you off the mat.

Surf
Paddle, wait, read the sea. Surfing teaches what yoga teaches: strength without patience gets you nowhere.

Kind words
Friends! Or rather, my family! It was not a retreat. It was a gathering of kindred souls. Comfortable, welcoming, at peace, where everything fell into place. I already miss you and I hope we cross paths sooner rather than later.
The combination of yoga, nature and adventure was perfect. I came away with friendships, calm, and a real wish to do it again.
I never imagined a weekend could change my energy so much. With no experience at all, I came away with one of the best experiences I have ever had.
Fancy joining the next one?
